Complaint Opportunities

The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is generally a requirement that the good or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The monetary limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
