Payment
Tiny Papers (c/o Louise Egebro ApS) accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or indicated by your order.

Authorization of Payment
When using payment cards, both debit and credit, an amount equivalent to the purchase price is reserved on your account until the online store has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the funds are withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Debit Card Authorization
For debit cards, you will see the funds reserved on your account, and your available balance will appear reduced. If you or the webshop cancels your order later, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Credit Card Authorization
Funds will be withdrawn from your account and appear in your transaction overview only when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

All prices on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Delivery
Delivery time for your order is from one day to the next.

Tiny Papers (c/o Louise Egebro ApS) ships with DAO in Denmark and  PostNord outside Denmark.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

You can choose to have the package delivered "without delivery" or "with delivery."

You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right to Cancel
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase on items bought on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to use your right of cancellation.

Notifications of cancellation should be sent via email to info@wemaketinypapers.com. It should clearly state your desire to use your right of cancellation.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means you can test the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what has been described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you decide to cancel the purchase, you will receive less or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the evaluation by Tiny Papers (c/o Louise Egebro ApS).

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided on products according to Danish sales law. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacture.

Claims regarding defects or faults must be reported to Tiny Papers (c/o Louise Egebro ApS) within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is void in cases of improper or unusual operations of the product.

Tiny Papers (c/o Louise Egebro ApS) covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
